About Tracy

My name is Tracy Reynolds and I'm a licensed Broker / Associate with Fruits Real Estate Services, Inc. and Fruits Relocation Network, Inc.   I have over 15 years of real estate experience in both residential and commercial transactions.  All of those years experience has been in the North Pinellas, West Pasco and Hillsborough county regions.  My background includes working with buyers, sellers, corporate relocation(s), site selection and property management.  I have won numerous Top Producer awards and my longevity in the marketplace has created an extensive network of real estate professionals, bankers, mortgage companies, brokers, investors and individuals.

I was born in Jacksonville, Florida in 1971 and my family relocated to the Pinellas County area when I was a year old.  My family owned a construction company so my childhood was spent working in the "family business".  I would say this is where my love for real estate was born. 

I became a licensed real estate agent in 1993 while managing a local real estate office in the Clearwater area.  From there I went to work with my current broker, Roger Fruits, as a licensed real estate assistant.  I always say that my biological clock started ticking - no not to have children but to return to college and complete my Bachelors Degree.  I returned to college and graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology in 1998.   From here I took the long way back to the world of real estate by taking a couple of different management positions until deciding to return to my first love - real estate.  Since returning to real estate I have become a licensed Broker / Associate and also hold an active Mortgage Broker License in the State of Florida.  I am also a Bonded Notary Public in the State of Florida.

I am currently a member of the Pinellas County Board of REALTORS®, District Six Board of REALTORS® covering Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties, Florida Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
